Abstract

The study aims to examine the adoption of mobile payment technologies in Palestine with a focus on three key factors: infrastructure and access, trust and security, and usability and convenience. Through careful analysis, this study attempts to comprehend the intricate relationships between these factors and how they impact consumers' tendency to utilize mobile payment options. The study comprises 312 individuals, and multiple regression analysis is used. The findings indicate that the adoption of mobile payment technology by Palestinian consumers is influenced by factors such as infrastructure and access, trust and security, and usability and convenience. The findings of this study can shed light on the most effective methods for boosting the use of mobile payments in Palestine, giving decision-makers, financial institutions, and technology providers valid and valuable data for creating a more transparent and technologically sophisticated financial landscape.
