Abstract

Employee innovation has a strong connection with the competitiveness of enterprises, thus has become a hot topic of academic discussion. However, the logic in relative research needs to be sorted out. Through systematically reviewing past articles which have been published in top journals, this article attempts to summarize the influencing factors of employee innovation and point out the relationship between them. Besides, it establishes a theoretical framework about the influencing mechanism of employee innovation to help us understand the process of innovation more comprehensively. In addition, this article also points out the shortcoming of existing research and offer specific guidance for future research.
