Zusammenfassung

Auf Basis der politischen Karriereperspektive werden im folgenden Kapitel das Konstrukt der politischen Fertigkeiten und positive Effekte auf den individuellen Laufbahnerfolg, die berufliche Leistung und den Umgang mit Stressoren dargestellt. Vorweg wird das Konstrukt definiert, seine Facetten werden beschrieben sowie stabile Vorbedingungen, die bei der Bildung von politischen Fertigkeiten wirken, erläutert. Abschließend wird auf die Erfassung und Trainierbarkeit von politischen Fertigkeiten eingegangen.
