Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel versucht zunächst, das Konzept und seine Arten zu erforschen, die Urbanisierungsentwicklung Chinas wird von der Regierung geleitet, und große städtische Projekte stehen in Zusammenhang mit der Regierung und sind das Hauptmittel der Urbanisierung. Darüber hinaus ist im komplexen politischen und regulatorischen Unterstützungssystem Chinas der Bau großer städtischer Projekte zu einer „Abkürzung“ für lokale Beamte geworden, wobei lokale Regierungen den Bau großer Städte als regionales internes Wettbewerbsinstrument nutzen, was einen wachsenden Wettbewerb zwischen städtischen und lokalen Regierungen auslöst und eine wettbewerbsorientierte Urbanisierung fördert. Dann untersucht dieses Buch die Entwicklungsprozesse und Merkmale der MUPs Chinas, um die Perspektive der Entwicklung, Evolution und internen Logik im chinesischen Kontext zu erklären, die Entwicklungsleistung und Einflussfaktoren der MUPs Chinas und die finanzielle Abhängigkeit vom Land und das Schuldenrisiko der MUPs werden abgeschlossen.
